WILD ARUGULA

How can so much flavour come from such a tiny plant? Stunningly flavoursome, pepper delicacy in a paired green leaf. Whilst the peppery flavor of Wild Arugula is less bitter in hot weather, this one punches way above its weight and might need to come with its own taste warning!

RED RAMBO RADISH

Perfectly balanced combination of deep claret and fresh grass-green leaves, supported by softly delicate pink and cream stems, for truly stunning dish appeal. Packing a peppery punch of strong fresh radishes to lift the taste experience and raise a smile.

SUN-FRESH SUNFLOWER

Sun-fresh sunflower, the young plants of those beautiful flowers evocative of the fields outside Arles that inspired Vincent Van Gogh. They are large, substantial greens with a crunchy fresh nutty flavour - and a great hit with children! One of the larger more succulent microgreens providing a fuller scaled leaf on the dish.

RED RUSSIAN KALE

The perfect harmony of soft pale damson-shaded variegated stems with paired green heart-shaped cotyledon leaves and a smooth creamy nutty and mild pepper flavour — similar to mustard, only less spicy!

BUCKWHEAT

A delicate blend of green heart-shaped leaves, lightly touched with a kiss of claret, supported by straight pale green stems blending to a salmon pink at the base with a slightly nutty flavour

BULLS BLOOD BEETROOT

This deserves to be noticed! Bright scarlet stems supporting claret coloured pairs of oblong leaves that scream ‘look at me’! Earthy Dark red roots of good sweetness and quality, yielding a plethora of uses in a number of recipes, this stunning beetroot microgreen, with a slight salty flavour, earns its place on any plate due to it unquestioned delicate beauty.

POPCORN

What a sweet surprise! Succulent stems of palest cream topped with primrose yellow tubular leaves with an amazingly delicious light syrup-sweet flavour. These look and taste different and would be an unusually different, yet perfect addition to certain deserts.

PARSLEY

Delicately fine pale cream stems, supporting elliptical cotyledon leaves carry the hull from the seed, with an occasional hint of the familiar shaped true leaf beginning to emerge. packing a punch with the versatile parsley flavour in abundance to complete the package. Lovely.

CORIANDER

An essential for Asian cuisine; an elegant and fine stemmed microgreen with long thin cotyledon leaves - many still supporting the seed hull - either side of the tiny first true leaves - beloved of coriander fans. If you love coriander - there’s no more to be said.

FLAMINGO CHARD

In a beauty pageant for microgreens, this would certainly rank in the top 3. Stems ranging colour from the softest of salmon pink through to a deep carmine, perfectly evocative of those spindly flamingo legs. Long, elegant leaves of greens, softly kissed with a rose blush. A slightly nutty, bitter taste - but seriously...what a stunner!

ZAATAR

Wafer-thin pale green stems that appear to just about support pairs of delicate cotyledon leaves, some still supporting their seed hulls. Surely these tiny plants can’t taste of anything?......and yet, the wonderful flavour of zaatar - so synonymous of the cuisine of the Levant and Middle East. Incredible!

CHIVE ONION

The solitary soldier of the microgreen. Single straight fleshy green stems topped with the hull from the seed. Who could believe so much onion impact could come from such a single stem. Visual drama and full of flavour - the perfect combination for when you need something a little understated visually - but 'packing a punch' in the taste department.

FENNEL

So pretty! Delicate pink and green stems with the long thin cotyledon leaves linked at their points, looking like a loving heart with the hull of the seed. The true leaf proudly announcing its feathery existence in the middle, and then - with memories evocative of sleepy days under the Tuscan sun - that amazing aniseed flavour that works so perfectly with fish, chicken....or if you're feeling really daring...what about lamb?

CARROT

Oh..these are pretty! Tiny, delicate pale green stems supporting the two elongated cotyledon leaves - many still secured together by the seed hull, either side of the first early growths of the lacy, feathery true leaves that will look so stunning on the plate. Absolutely beautiful, and bursting with the flavour of?......yep...carrot.

OSAKA MUSTARD

Palest of cream stems, with beautiful broad bi-valve shaped green leaves, some with a hint of blush. One of the softer mustard flavours - utterly delicious - if a spicy note is required without the full impact.

DILL

Another visual beauty! Delicate pale soft salmon-pink stems with long elegant cotyledon leaves, many still secured into a heart shape with the hull of the seed, growing either side of the true leaf just emerging with its feathery character. No doubt that salmon is calling, but the elegant aniseed flavour deserves to be used in other ways too. Over to you!

LEMON BASIL

As the name suggests, this is the perfect combination of the classic basil flavour, overlain with hints of slightly spicy lemon. Delicate pale cream stems, with a pair of heart-shaped green leaves. Delicious

RAINBOW MIX

The absolute perfect solution for those looking for a balance of flavours combined with visual impact. A beautiful combination of assorted microgreens that provide hues of diversified greens, pinks and clarets, with a bit of textural crunch.

SPICY MIX

Similar to the Rainbow Mix, but with the inclusion of mustard and arugula to provide a little further subtle spicy lift of flavour to the stunning visual impact.

PAK CHOY

Delicate, almost translucent stems with a mix of soft pale and mid green leaves - some still with the hull from the seeds. A gentle nutty flavour with a subtle hint of spice.

DAIKON RADISH

One of our larger microgreen varieties, with opaque white stems and large heart-shaped bi-valve dark green leaves that demands attention. A wonderful ‘statement’ microgreen with the popular peppery flavour, and a zing that lingers on the tongue.

RED RUBIN BASIL

In a class of its own! A stunning mix of deep aubergine, balanced with variegated shades of green and khaki for amazing plate appeal. Offering classic basil flavours with overtones of lemon. Superb!

BROCCOLI

Long pale cream stemmed microgreens topped with elegant dark green bi-valve leaves providing an excellently strong broccoli flavour. If your children won’t eat broccoli, you could include these with their meals - and they wouldn’t know!

ITALIAN BASIL

This is the one for all you basil lovers! The classic basil flavour with pale cream stems with delicate heart-shaped leaves. Pair it with its classic tomato partner, you’ll be transported back in that sun-drenched Italian Trattoria in no time!
